There's a lack of professionalism at this spa

I would not recommend Bellasia Spa; my decision is based on their lack of professionalism, and poor quality of work. I decided to try Bellasia Spa on my lunch break. I was informed the service that I requested, a solar nail fill in, would take an hour. It took two hours because the owner clearly didn't know what she was doing. Also, the entire time I was there, one of the nail technicians had a male visitor who was in and out of the salon, laughing, and clearly distracting the nail tech. The nail tech was going in and out the front door "chasing" this boy around and "flirting" with him. Furthermore, my nails look horrible. They are chipping, peeling, and one has already popped off. There are holes in the sealent, and bubbles where it wasn't applied evenly. I would NOT recomment spending your time and money at Bellasia Spa.

I have been to a lot of salons/spa's, but the staff here are the best. They pay close attention to their customer and treat them like they are special. The service is not only excellant but superior quality for everything they do. I highly recommend Bellasia Spa
