I bonded someone out literally 12 hours ago and it was only for municipal traffic tickets, I also paid an additional $100 so that they would "run" them and expedite the process. Why is my loved one still in jail because you people aren't professional or honest to the customers. I want the additional $100 refunded because NOTHING was done diligently which is what the fee is for!! An entire day wasted due to your company and employees NOT being on the same page. THE WORST BAIL BOND COMPANY EVER. Take off running - This is NOT the place to go with under ANY circumstance.
