I have experience a less than professional atmosphere at this location for some time. I am an educator and me and my co-workers frequent this location because it's near our workplace. We always go through the drivethru due to time factors. therefore I have noticed that this particular station and the windows have young adults working them. Some of them have been very rude to say the least. I'll start with the most current event which was just this morning. I politely ask the gentleman at the window to place the hot cup of coffee which I had purchased into a bag. He passed an empty bag out of the window and told me in a very "cold, and I don't want to be here attitude" that he was not obligated to put my coffee in a bag. I thought you could always get something put in a bag if you asked. I did ask nicely and said please. My 26 year old son was driving. I still set examples for my son so my response was "ok". The next incident was a few weeks ago when we stopped to get our evening ice-cream. After figuring out that the drive-thru was not working we drove around to the first window. The young lady had her body half way out of the window screaming at someone in the Food-A-Rama parking lot for about 2 minutes over our head. Finally when she finished she said the drive-thru was broken and what did we want to order. We ordered two sundaes. That's when she told us the ice-cream machine was broken. So we had sat in the heat for about 15 or 20 minutes for nothing. I could go on and on but I think you get my drift. I was so livid until I shared this with several of my co-workers. There response was "yeah, we know about this location, we just don't go there anymore" . Well, this is not how I want to solve this problem and i hope you don't either. Please respond
