1.)Terrible, very rude and unsympathetic front desk staff (especially Nicole Tran). Every message I left never got to the designated person.
2.)Teachers never filled out the daily reports so I never knew how my children were doing.
3.) school does not care about the well being of the children, they only care about making their money
4.) as a parent, I was treated very very disrespectfully
5.) director Chandra is terrible about calling back. I would have to wait for two weeks before I got a call back
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KIDRKIDS TO ANY PARENTS OUT THERE. IT IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR YOUR CHILD.

I started my son at kids r kids #12 when he was 2 or 3 years old, it was a long time ago. The teachers were wonderful and helpful and established a good foundation in learning for my son. My son is currently 17 years old and has maintained being on the honor roll and has become an excellent well behaved student. After the birth of my second child 6 years ago, there was no other place that I wanted my daughter to attend than Kids r Kids#12. My daughter has learned so much since she's been here. She's so enthusiastic with learning and reading. The staff here tested her for Kindergarten when she was suppose to enter Pre-K. She scored extremely high. I was hesitant into letting her skip a grade but I wanted to see how she would manage. She managed to skip Pre-K and went directly to Kindergarten where she did extremely well. She made all A's on her report card. She has completed 1st grade at Kids r Kids with all A's and is currently enrolled to attend 2nd grade at the age of 6. I truly think the foundation as well as the staff here at Kids r Kids has made me proud and has established a good learning background for both of my kids. I couldn't have found a more rewarding school.

Kids R Kids has been a great addition to our family. My two year old has blossomed so much during her time there and still remembers and loves all the wonderful teachers and staff from her very first day at the age of 3 months! I feel like I am the only parent there because my family receives so much individual attention. I went from being hesitant to leave my sweet baby, to her cheering when we pull in the parking lot. You know your child is taken care of and learning as teachers encourage you to log in and watch them. It's an amazing feeling to know that even when you are not with your child, they are still being nurtured and taught in a loving environment. My older children, who do not even attend Kids R Kids, are given the same attention as my toddler. They are a part of the Kids R Kids family too!

My husband and I are career public school educators. We have worked with students for over twenty years. Presently, my husband is an elementary principal and I am a stay at home mom, taking time to focus on my family. When our only child, Brent, was born in 2011. I had to return to my assistant principal position in nine weeks. As we searched for quality child care, we selected Kids R Kids. Brent is now a very active 3 year-old. As parents and educators we are very pleased with the high quality of care he has always received. He has learned so much in such a short time. Learning and going to "school" is fun for him. My husband and I appreciate Kids R Kids for providing a safe, caring, and fun learning environment for our son.

I feel very torn about this school... it is certainly a step up from where my son was attending prior... but his current teacher is just over all rude. Rude to the kids and to me... my son doesn't like going to school on a daily basis because of his teacher... which is so sad. I am not paying the school to just to have to deal with a very rude teacher. We are moving now so it works out that he gets to leave and we are both happy about that. Other than this one teacher, I have talked to the staff there and none of them are that qualified or certified to be educators... some of them are very young looking and sometimes when I walk down the halls the "assistants" watching the kids are off in la la land. On the up side, they do have a lot of extra activities for kids such as field trips in the summer, splash day and sports related activities. I also feel that my son has grown a lot in the area of writing and vocabulary since being there... but that may have happened either way, who knows!

My two daughters have been at Kids R Kids Missouri city for 6 months now and loving every moment of it. They have made wonderful new friends. They come home every day excited on what new things they have learnt at school. From the teachers to the management this school is a wonderful place for learning.

I would highly recommend this school to my friends and family and anyone else who needs a recommendation.
