They are horrible. Stay far far away.



Went about purchasing a rebuilt gear reducer.



1) Would not send me a quote until about the 5-6 request. Would only provide verbal quotation. Finally they just typed info in the body of an email

2) Cash upfront. My business' credit is excellent. Said it would take 3-4 weeks to set up an account and did not take credit cards

3) Gear reducer had a seal leak after installation. Notified the company Oct 8th. Numerous emails, phone calls, and certified letter later, I still do not have a replacement seal on December 10th.

4) Cannot get in touch with these people. Numbers on website is for cell phones.

5) Prices vary based upon what they think they can get for the item that day. What was quoted to me one week @ $6800 I bought 2 weeks later for $2750. Same box.
