HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Please do not waste your time or money.

Last Thursday 9/22/16 was my first experience receiving professionally installed eyelash extensions (which was known by the employees). When I entered the boutique I was halfheartedly greeted (first red flag). The technician Lisa began setting up... without asking me what look I wanted to achieve, which I had to ask her about before she began. She then showed me a picture in her phone of lash extensions that I am guessing she installed for a previous client. It looked very natural.... so I told her I wanted the same! When she finished installing the lashes, I was not completely happy with my look. I felt it looked a bit over the top. I was told that if I was not happy with the service could come back within 3 days of the appointment. They did not honor this.
