Starbucks is okay coffee if I'm in a pinch, but for mediocre, pricey coffee, the service is sure slow. I've been stuck in line WAYYY to long, way to many times. On top of that, I'd say half the time they get my orders right. For the money, i'd rather go to a local shop and support them, additionally there are shorter lines, and a larger menu. Check out MT coffee shack, loose caboose, or Florence coffee all in the areas of Starbucks.
