Rip off! I bought a coupon for 39.50 that was for two rooms and a Hallway. There are dimensions listed for the size of the rooms. I asked that they clean my Dinning room and Living room. I have a small house and these rooms are both within the size limitations. Without looking at the rooms the guy told my wife that it would cost extra because these rooms are too big. We ended up paying an additional $50! It cost us 89.50 to get two rooms cleaned and he won't return my phone call because I feel we were tricked and screwed out of money. Do not ever get this deal! I will never use Elite again and I will tell anyone who listens to not use them.

WOW - what a great and thorough job Elite did on our carpets. We have 3 dogs that we have raised from puppies. Any and all stains are gone! Elite is great at getting pet stains out and even did a great job on our furniture as well! Thanks Elite - we will recommend you to everyone!
