If I could give this place negative stars I would. Up until a change in ownership two years ago they were great. The new owner Dave is so rude as to be blatantly nasty. They have a revolving door of employees and consequently nobody knows how to work on your tub but they are happy to charge you exorbitant fees nonetheless. If you try to resolve an issue with Dave he'll just hang up on you. Bottom line is they're happy to sell you a tub but good luck to you if you need it repaired. This place is a joke.
