The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, if I could give 0 stars I would. Rick has no personal skills or any respect. We called about a window issue we needed someone to look at and Rick acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. He was very rude and stated a technician would be at our house "some time in the afternoon". He wouldn't give us a time when we asked because "if he knew he would have told us". It is past 6pm now and no technician has come to our house, or any notifications. We tried to call his number again and was welcomed to him ignoring our calls. Very disrespectful and I hope others don't have to deal with that idiocracy.
