Wish I could rate this horrible business negative stars. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! They are THIEVES and do not care about their customers. There was an issue with depositing my money in their ATM, shorted me 50 dollars. Tried to cancel the transaction when I saw the amount was incorrect. Hit the return cash button and the machine said sorry unable to process your request and still deposited the incorrect amount. Wtf!! I immediately contacted the joke they call customer service and was told sorry there is no discrepancy. Talked the asst. manager and branch manager of the Olathe East office and basically told me you are S.O.L. They do not care and pretty much called me a liar. I have never been treated this way in my life. DONT BANK HERE unless you want to lose money!!!!!
