Charge oil disposal fee when they have two big tanks they keep the used oil in to heat the shop. Only one tech is ASE certified in 2 areas. Claim to use OEM parts. My radiator is not OEM. Free car wash with a dirty wash mit and dirty shammy, left all kinds of spider webbing scratches on my black car. I had to pay a detail shop $100 to polish out the swirl marks. If you value your new lexus, do not take it here.

Good honest guys. I never feel I am being up sold. Their hourly rate is less then the dealer and I feel I get the same proffesional service. They have even gone out of their way to pick my car up and deliver back to my home. Good guys to do business with.
