Management does not treat employees reporting Sexual Harassment concerns seriously. Instead, employee's employment who reports the "incident" is terminated. Laboratory Department is POORLY Managed by current Lab Director A. R.. Good employees who speak up for the truth and disagree with Lab Director ended up resigning from their jobs and/or being terminated for reasons given by Lab Management that are misleading, inaccurate and false to support the Lab Director's actions.. Human Resources tend to beleive from reports given by the Lab Director who intimidates his staff from reporting the truth of what is going on in his department. There is VERY POOR morale of staff in the Main Laboratory leading to poor quality of service that compromise patients' care which the Lab Director doesn't care as long as he can protect his "good" image to the top management.. Everything is Great in terms of record documentation in the laboratory procedures/protocols but ONLY for inspection purposes.
