DO NOT GO HERE!! They are the WORST place you could EVER go to. They've messed up my fiance's appointments TWICE now for getting dentures. The first time he went they didn't do their jobs and didn't get impressions, then gave him a date to have his teeth pulled. He called off work for a whole week to heal, then they called TWO DAYS before and said they forgot to get the impressions. FINALLY got another appointment and they just told us they won't have the temp dentures as they told us for our next appointment so they've SCREWED us again. They don't know how to do their jobs and I don't know how in the hell this place is still open. SHUT IT DOWN.

My overall experience was just alright. On numerous occasions I received different information and answers given to me from several different office staff members and Hygenists that didn’t coincide with one another. I feel like no one working at this office is on the same page. And when someone is running a Dental practice that should be very important. I also feel like all of my questions are never fully answered when I leave, or they are brushed to the side because the staff seem to be too busy. Yet the office never has very many patients in there. It seems like one or two Hygenists are always a bit rude, but maybe that’s just their personalities. But it is still a decent place, the staff just need to get on the same page regarding procedures, policies, and everything within the business. But I will say Dreama is always very pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

Amazing practice. They most caring and compassionate dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Web apparently took over and I would recommend him to my own mother. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help their patients.

I recently had a cleaning and filling done at University Meadows. My experience was very good. Dr Webb helped to calm my nerves and the whole staff was friendly and gentle

I very recently had work done here & I loved Dr Webb & staff. Very friendly, we talked throughout my appointment & Dr Webb was fantastic! They've had several different dentists and staff here for the last year but Dr Webb seems to have a passion for dentistry and helping people. I also made an appointment to bring my kids back!

Ever since new staff was hired this place has been awful. Brittany the receptionist is rude and she obviously has no customer service skills. Wonderful dentist but the front staff is what lead me to leave this place as a patient.

I recently went to this dentist office and enjoyed the hygienist

she made me feel very comfortable but the Secretary

was very rude and pushy. My

insurance only covered one of my

xrays so she said I have a

balance, I said Bill me and she

said if it's not paid within the

week then she's turning me into

collections! And I said how can

you do that if I'm making

payments.... overall they are all

about the money and very rude.

Honestly I won't ever go there

again. I will be getting the rest of

my dental work from a better

Made an appointment with University Meadows on the premise of "gental dentistry". They are far from gentle. Entire staff is incredibly rude, rough, and made me feel shameful. I would never, ever come back here. Was one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had!

These people were not only impolite, but also only seemed to care about money, not my satisfaction or well-being.



They sold me on doing numerous fillings, which I now wonder if I even really needed. When I called back over a week later to report that I was still in pain, they wanted me to PAY to have them check to make sure that the work that they did was done correctly. I asked if they could waive this charge, but the receptionist just argued with me and said that my insurance would cover everything.



After 50 seconds of Googling their company info, I found a blog post entitled "Transitions Dental Company -- Sham and Scam?" that questions their entire business model. Apparently they are connected with Transitions Dental Company and the families of Dan & Kari Krueger, Brad & Penny Meldrum, and Neal & Lisa Mitchell. Don't be conned by these people. Go somewhere not affiliated with Transitions Dental.
