Rip the collar off of a new shirt !
Didn't want to return torn shirt.
No apology and still wanted to charge me !

Very expensive... won't take responsibility for employees promises.
I wear uniforms for work and dropped off a uniform to be cleaned. It was well cleaned and the sleeves and pants had crisp lines. The suit jacket was normal, the pants very well pressed, the shirt crisp lines, but the body of the shirt was not as well pressed. My first drop-off they charged me $3.30 for a shirt, $6.05 each for pants and suit jacket. I was happy with this price. My next drop-off I dropped off a tie, pants and 6 shirts. Upon pickup I was charged $6.05 per item. I questioned the very nice employee about this, but got no where. When I stated that they were uniform shirts and I was told they were $3.30, the manager interceded and told me that the employee that stated that was no longer working there. I told her that 6.05 was too expensive for a laundered shirt to which she replied, 'well, this is a resort town'... which I'm fully aware of, living just two blocks away. In the end I paid $48.45 for what would have cost me less than half at other cleaners just to get my uniforms back. While friendly, customer service is not the best here.
