This place does not even deserve one star! No matter when we get there the food is always cold!!! We have gotten there when the doors open and the food is cold! Gave them several chances, but never again! They should just close

Every time I go to this particular Wendy's, something goes wrong. Either there is hair in my food, employees take forever to acknowledge you, employees rinse their hands and dry them on their shirts after using the restroom, assemble offered items incorrectly (cheddar on a Caesar wrap, the wrap not even rolled, cold fries, etc.) and more. I complained a while back to Wendy's and the owner was so unprofessional in their response, offering me a free meal without really apologizing. I have decided today that no matter how convenient this location is, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Order never correct. You pay and the customer can't get their food their way. You ask for no cheese...there is cheese. You ask for no salt on fries you get old fries that get's dipped back into the fryer. Wasted money
