I have a special needs Border Collie (completely blind) and haven't had much luck with other groomers. She becomes extremely anxious when visiting new environments. I was hesitant at first, but after visiting the facility (and the staff were so nice and informative) I thought I would give it a try. Annie (my Border Collie) was greeted with smiles and much affection when we arrived! The staff reassured me she would be taken care of. I received a call within the hour that Annie was all done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived to the salon, Annie was hanging out with the staff and completely relaxed! She even heard my voice and continued to remain relaxed and content in their environment! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Tiffany's! They are all so amazing and caring!

Our little Bentley is tiny and shy. They make him feel like he is only puppy in the world! Awesome work and TLC!

Bear is a tiny, little guy, but full grown. He doesn't usually like strangers, but he thinks Katie, at Tiffany's is wonderful. He's always happy to see her. Sometimes he gets a mini-groom and sometimes, the whole package. No matter what I ask for, Bear comes out looking great and happy, too. We have friends who have commented on how cute Bear is after grooming. Thanks to all the staff at Tiffany's, but most especially, Katie.

We take our 5 year old rescued dog to Mel and she is great with him and he seems to enjoy going to see her. And he looks and smells so good after his grooming. (We also used to take our older cat here for a grooming. His tummy hair used to get matted and they would trim it.) We are so glad this salon & Mel are near us!

My dogs are 9 years old and have been groomed every 2 month. I went to Tiffany's for the first time on 12/18/12 and my dogs have NEVER looked better!!!! I felt compelled to write a review. Marshmellow, my Bijon, literally looks like a snowball! He is soooo soft and fluffy and smells amazing. Cant wait to go back:)

This is THE best salon for dogs! I am a rescuer and they have worked wonders with all the dogs I've taken to them, including my own dogs. The staff is so welcoming and the facilities are clean and inviting. A lot of the dogs I take here are nrevous after having been through a lot of changes and they handle them with loving care. And the prices are great! Couldn't ask for more!!!!

This is by far the best dog grooming business, I've ever used. Best dog grooming Maxwell has ever had - just perfect! Their facility was clean and the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional.

We love Tiffany's, very reasonable and they always do a fantastic job on our dog, Lilly. Glad they are in Mint Hill and so close to us. She always has such a soft and silky coat after she is groomed and smells so good. Tiffany and her staff are awesome and always treat us like family. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to have your dog pampered!

I love this place! The epmployees are really nice! My dog Lexi was soo happy when we saw her! And she's a 6 month old chocolate lab, so she sheds a lot, but they did something because now she's not! (well for the next three days at least ) :) Also her coat is VERY soft and silky. My dog had a great coat before, but they put something on her and it makes her chocolate fur just shine and it took the brown to a whole new dimention. I love it! The only question I have is do they have water availible for the animals there? Because Lexi was extremely thirsty when she came home..
