First time customer. Referred by neighbor. Dropped off mens slacks for alteration, was told they'd be done in a week, picked them up in five days. Excellent job, cleaned and pressed, they fit perfectly. Cost was lower than expected--I told her she should raise her prices. Very nice lady, polite and congenial. NOTICE: This place is not fancy, space shared by family pawn shop, not image-conscious at all. If you're accustomed to Nordstroms and Macy's, you might turn around and leave. But if you want service and quality at a fair price, provided by a really nice lady, you've come to the right place.
