Whitney is great she does my hair every time and I only see her and I am picky she does exactly what I want every time

I have long, thick hair, I asked the stylist to cut my hair with layers and blend my bangs,she cut my hair dry and chopped / mangled my bangs and cut the rest of my hair somewhat one length in 10 minutes. She never stopped saying she has cut hair for over 30 years and knows best. I asked if she could straighten my hair, she said she couldn't and I didn't want to spend the money to have it done. I was in town for the day and I have never been so embarrassed to be seen. Money was not the issue, I thought this might be a higher end salon, but I was wrong. This salon is a joke and I recommend you find somewhere else to spend your money because this place is not worth it.

This was definitely the worst haircut I have ever had. what I asked for was what I did not get, she did not know how to cut hair.
