Provided by YP.comInstalled our AC fan backwards, so it blows the heat into the unit instead of out. Will fry the unit in no time. Obvious sabotage, as our technician was not new. No apology after informing them of the issue, purposefully taking their time. Use someone else who won't go out of their way to take advantage of you. This cost us a TON of wasted money.

Provided by YPmobileThey will NOT make calls out of town as they are TOO busy with local work. Even if I make an appt. 3 weeks out they say nope. Need to find someone who wants business and competition.
