I'm sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with the staff at the Minnetonka location. There is a distinct attitude of not caring about the customer. They will take more than two days to start a tune-up, even though every time I've been there only one guy will be working on bikes while three others are sitting around. When I expressed my unhappiness, one of the "wrenches" told me to do it myself. I'll never spend another dime at Penn, but I don't believe they really care if I do or not. I'm buying my new road bike from Erik's where the service is much better, in my opinion.
