These guys did some landscaping work for us a few years ago. The concrete patio they put in cracked over the winter. They guaranteed their work so they came back but insisted they would only replace the concrete with pavers. The next winter the pavers heaved badly so they replaced/reset most of the pavers again. Also, the retaining wall that they build on one side of the house didn't properly divert water away from the house and resulted in water pooling in one location, making the are very wet for long durations. Overall I wasn't satisfied with the work they did, especially on the patio work and the ability to direct water (rain runoff).
