The owner made no effort to communicate. I payed for a necklace and didn't receive for almost 2 months. The first time I got it the diamond was so cloudy, someone asked if it was an opal. I sent it back to get a new diamond and he admitted he has put a crappy diamond in it. It took us filing a report with our credit company for him to send the necklace back out. We have bought several things from him and have sent multiple customers but recently his customer service had been nonexistent. We will not be purchasing anything else from him.

I own a jewelry store Oregon and needed to refer a customer I sold a diamond to, to a gemologist. Since I couldn't find one on google I called a couple of places that had rave reviews to get a referral to an independent appraisor. Snobby, rude, unhelpful comes to mind. My 4th call I got Ron, nice as it gets, no problem helping me out, told me to send the customer in and he'd verify the diamond matched the cert (inscribed GIA diamond with cert) NIce as he is, I thought I should give him five stars all day! To the people who don't "get it" You either get a good price, or you get lots to look at. You typically don't get both. If you want to look at cases full of jewelry go to the mall and pay mall prices. If you want a good deal go to the mall and figure out what you want and then tell Ron and he'll get you the best price on what you're looking for. You don't get to be competitive and have high overhead. It just doesn't work that way! Thank you Ron! Beth in Oregon.
