The 5-star reviews are FAKE. Note: Many of them were written on the same days (06/08/2016 and 05/14/2016). I had a similar experience to M.R. from 08/17/2016.

EVERY PIECE OF OUR FURNITURE arrived damaged, 10 DAYS after Mike said it would arrive. Mike and Paul, as well as their subcontractor, LIED TO US repeatedly about where our furniture was. First they said their truck with our furniture broke down in Virginia. Then their subcontractor texted us that he was driving it in from Tennessee. This is a FRAUDULENT company.

This company also has HORRIBLE customer service. Mike stopped taking our calls; so did Raphael and Paul.

I finally found another number for Mike. HIS MOTHER answered the phone. I begged her to have her son call me so that our daughters wouldn't have to sleep another night ON THE FLOOR. She was appalled. Mike STILL did not call us back.

Mike and Paul won't even email us the document we now need to file an insurance claim for all our property damages.

AVOID THEM.

I moved from Omaha to Atlanta in April 2016 and had a nightmare of an experience. I found Union Moving and Delivery to be most unprofessional organization that I ever dealt with. They gave me an estimate of $ 2300 initially and on the day of pick-up their sub contractor showed up and bumped up the estimate to $ 4800. After the sub contractor picked up my furniture, Union Moving folks stopped taking my calls. I ended up paying $ 4300 to sub contractor.

I just used union moving and I couldn't be happier. They were on time and they didn't stop for any breaks or drag time. They wraped everything neatly and when we got to the drop off location, they put everything where I wanted them to.
