Called them to fix issues on our 3-door garage. They encountered a few unusual component failure issues and had to come back 3 more times--always responded next day, replaced a lot of components, and wouldn't let me pay a dime over their original estimate. Thoroughly professional, courteous, nice, and competent. Above and beyond! You can't go wrong with them (yes, they have way more than one guy!)

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and inexpensive. I called to get my broken spring replaced, and had someone in my garage that afternoon. They provided a lifetime warranty, and were done in less than one hour. I would highly recommend to everyone I know!

They have great customer service. We explained by phone, Tim, the problem with the springs and the cables that were busted. Tim gave us the estimate by phone, and the time they could come. They came to fix our door just as they said between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on January 3, 2012. We called that very date around 7:15 AM. The service man, Mark, showed up at 8:35 AM. Mark looked at the door and explained us what he was going to do. He said that the spring set was lifetime warranty. This was also circled in the receipt. The price was reasonable and competitive with other places we asked for estimates. So if you want to have a prompt service with quality work and reasonable rates this is the place to call. I called at 8am on a Monday morning because my garage door wouldn’t open and they had a technician at my house by 2:00 the same day (only 6 hours later)! You can’t beat service like that with a stick folks!! The price was fine and there were no pushy sales tactics.

The man that came to my home was very friendly and polite. He was able to repair my garage door that day and I felt the price was fair. This is a good honest service company and I would definitely use them again.

These guys are honest, fair and professional. They quickly found the issue with my door (broken spring) and had it fixed in no time at all. Also, they didn't try to sell me unnecessary products or services like most companies try to do once they are in your home.
