My family and I have been with state farm for about 5 years, my experience with this state farm location in the past week has been unprofessional. I called the office to add a new vehicle to my policy and from that moment on everything went down hill. The representative told me the new quote and it was unbelievable. The price quote went up $220.00 from my original quote. I went to meet with the active manager and the active manager just blew me off with no information about the price quote. The active manager insisted I should go with a new insurance company. I have never dealt with that type of experience and its amazing to know there tolerating this type of behavior to paying customers. I' am hoping other customers have not experienced such unprofessionalism. Just sad and frustrating!
