Had to get my windows tinted on my 2011 BMW 328xi. Tint was great, affordable, high-quality, and comes with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the previous owner of my vehicle had a dog. This resulted in hair being trapped under a few windows of the car. I raised this concern with John and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the entire tint job would have to be uninstalled and reapplied. We discussed our options and the situation was handled professionally and courteously. Thankfully the tint looks even better now and I will be going there for future modifications on my vehicle.

Even though my tint required a second installation, Street Scenes always completed the work on schedule. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under the pressure of time. Thankfully their technicians appear to be prepared to do whatever it takes to meet their deadlines. This is reflected in their relentless attention to detail and the overall quality of work output.

Customer service was always polite, respectful and personable, without being obsequious. Due to the overall time of install for the tint, I was present for multiple customer interactions between John and his clients. That being said, he always represented Street Scenes with a professional disposition, even when dealing with a difficult person or situation.

Having never been to Street Scenes before, I can comfortably say that they stand behind their products. This is a quality that I can respect and I would not be worried about recommending them to someone interested in vehicle modification. I believe that John and his team are professionals who will always do the right thing for their customers while remaining cognizant to the needs of their client-base.

The employees are very unprofessional. I felt like I walked into a drug deal when I went into their shop. Employees were very rude and cold, would NOT recommend going into this place of business for anything!
