The gym is now under new management and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The gym is always clean. I love that it's open 24/7 and I can work out whenever I want. I have no complaints.

The gym itself is mediocre, nothing to brag about, nothing to complain about. Its the customer service or lack thereof. I have had nothing but problems with these people from the start. They take money from you when they claim they will not, then ignore your calls. They seem to have a problem with getting back to anyone on anything and take no responsibility for their mistakes. When I finally got a hold of someone there (after 20 messages were left in their office) I was told they "are not there to provide customer service". A company with paying customers blatantly claiming they do not need to provide customer service doesnt seem to be a company to give your money to.
