DR SCHUSTER HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY THYROID FOR OVER 20 YEARS. HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND PRECISE. HE LISTENS TO ME WHEN I HAVE A QUESTION AND ALWAYS RESPONDS TO MY CONCERNS. ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS I HAVE BEEN TO!!!

This doctor is LATE, LATE, LATE for every appointment. However you get this stupid letter with all kinds of threats if you don't bring your paperwork and you don't arrive on time. He doesn't look at you when he talks to you! He doesn't read anything you send him PRIOR to you appointments and when you ask for help with metabolism he will tell you point blank that he doen't know about BMI, calories, workouts or anything - HE JUST KNOWS YOUR TSH IN THE CORRECT RANGE!!! I suspect you could get better care from a vetinarian. He should definitely get out of the buisness!

My decision to cease care at the Schuster office lies purely upon Dr. Schuster's failure to punctually arrive to scheduled appointments. I understand that doctor appointments may not begin at the scheduled time based upon assisting other patients or emergencies. However, at four out of my five scheduled appointments Dr. Schuster arrived between 40 to 90 minutes late. He had no prior appointments and there were no emergencies. His actions are a blatant disregard of my time and to the other patients to whom he provides care.

Dr. Schuster is very thorough, extremely detail oriented, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Characteristics not easy to find in today's era.‎
