Dishonest and predatory. Driver wanted to take me for a ride in more than one way insisting that "MAC rules force him to take the highway" which was far off route. I had to be very stern to make him go on the very obvious direct route. Then he pretended he didn't have change, which he had. Incredibly dishonest, don't use this company.
