Alicia was very sweet and knowledgable, she made the buying experience pleasant, fast, and easy. I have purchased 2 cars from these 2 characters (Alicia and Bob) and I have a wonderful time every time I see them. Very professional, and I feel like I've made some friends in the used car business.

Alicia put so much hard work into helping me and my family! I filled out an online app. on thurs. got in contacted with on friday and was in a car by sat! This is what I call wonderful and caring service!

Alicia was quick, helpful and cheerful. Going into a dealership with bad credit is a bit daunting and she never made me feel uncomfortable or less important than her other customers. She worked hard to help me get into a vehicle and she did it quickly!

A lot of effort by them, in particular, one individual was put into getting this car for me.

I wanted to let people know that there is hope. I got offered so many "lemons" before I started working with Alicia. And I'm just happy she gave me the opportunity to drive off the lot with a 2010 :) she's a blessing!
