When I walked in there was a very nice young lady and I was excited, assuming I was in good hands.



I went in Tuesday afternoon, with simply 2 hats. I was assured they would be done by Thursday.



Which they were, only for me to wish they weren't! The 2 hats were terrible! I didn't understand how 1 logo design could have 2 different distorted looks. Stitches were skipped,There were clusters of thick stitching, letters, overlapping.The hat was completely destroyed that my 12yr old son was excited to wear but couldn't due to their poor quality control.She said messed up because the brim is hard & hit against the machine. This shouldve been caught, inspected and corrected before calling the customer for pick up. The lady in the office had a very poor attitude towards my concerns. She rolled her eyes while grabbing her eye glasses, then stated "you have to have a magnifying glass to see that". I dont recommend this shop to anyone. Im being charged for 1 of the hats which cant be worn.
