Josh and Kelby met with my husband and I on two separate occasions to assess our home and explain to us the materials they use to replace and upgrade roofs. They were courteous, kind, well spoken and knew their product, how it worked and the extensive warranties provided with each of the materials used on our roof. They not only explained everything to me and my husband thoroughly before the roof replacement started, but Josh went through every detail even after our roof was completed to make sure that we knew exactly what was on our roof, how it related and exceeded building codes in Minnesota, and how our insurance costs could and should decrease from the product they use. Kelby worked well with our insurance adjuster as well to make sure we were getting every benefit we could and the two actually worked together. We had never needed to file a claim on our home owner's insurance previously, so we had no idea how the processed worked. Josh and Kelby made sure we understood how the insurance worked, how the payment worked, how the work would be done and how they would communicate with our insurance company when they were finished. And they did. On top of all their excellent customer service, they had a great sense of humor. I feel like I know Josh and Kelby well enough to have them over for dinner, as silly as that sounds. The roofers themselves were on time, quick and cleaned up every last scrap of shingles, nails and debris. I didn't find one nail anywhere on our property. They started the tear off of the roof to the sub-roof (plywood) at 7:30am and were completely done by the next day at 1:00pm. No, they didn't work through the night. They were just very efficient and had great communication with each other. I know this because I was home, and being the concerned homeowner, I snuck up on the ladder to see what they were doing and how they were doing it. The roofers were nice to my children and careful when the kids were coming in and out of the house, etc. I tell as many people as I can about them because they were enjoyable to work with on such a bothersome homeowner task. I would use this company again in a second.

We had a wonderful experience working with Liberte. Matt and Adam were so good helping go thru the maze of dealing with the insurance company. the roof and siding was done efficiently and quickly.l. The men who did the work were polite and cleaned up beautifully. I'm so glad we chose this company and would recommend then to our friends and family.

Liberte is great for any roofing insurance claims. I filed a claim and was more than satisfied with the work that was put in to complete the project. Moe did a great job, following through with his word and promises. I highly recommend Liberte Construction.

This establishment owes my friend a lot of money, avoid doing business with them at all costs. They cannot be trusted.

Last year, we were hit with a bad storm and hail damage around my area. With good faith, I called my insurance to come over and check on it two times and every time they denied any storm and hail damage on my roof, whereas, all my neighbors roofs were approved by their own individual insurance company and starting to work on their roofs and other damages as well. And I was there left with so much frustration, and felt cheated from my insurance company, although I was there loyal customer for many years. Things changed when I called Liberte Construction, they helped me by making my insurance company pay for the damage I deserve. Not only did I got a new wonderful roof but also I am saving more than $1,300.00 on my property insurance now. Thanks so much to David and the rest of Liberte crew who made this possible for me.

My roof had hail and storm damage. Josh visited me, evaluated the roof, made some recommendations, helped with the insurance company and ultimately replaced my roof. Communication was great. The entire team was courteous and hardworking. If i had questions they were answered throughly. I definitely recommend Liberte Construction.

David the owner was inspecting a job near our home and noticed the extensive damage. He explained in detail the steps we needed to take to file a claim. Then scheduled a walk through with the inspector. David made sure we received the best from our insurance company. The crew was polite, courteous and punctual.

From estimate to installation, the job was well-done.

Dave was very responsive and professional from the beginning. Our insurance company was reluctant to replace our roof but due to Dave's knowledge of roof damage and how a roof performs he was able to show the need for a new roof.
