Provided by YP.comI took a jacket in to Martinizing in Eden Prairie . When I picked the jacket up, All the signature snaps had been removed and one is missing. This is a collection piece and the snaps are not repairable and would need special equipment to reinstall. I have been trying to get this resolved since January. After many attempts to resolve this I wrote a letter and received a call from a lady at this location who said she would get back to me the next evening. This was April 13, 2017. I have heard nothing since. This was an expensive collection piece. I paid over $500.00 for it and want to get this resolved.
