I went in for my "free trial" and from the first minute of meeting my representative, I already felt pressured to sign up for a membership. The staff was nice enough, however before I could even workout for the first time to gain a feel for the place, I was made to set up an additional appointment to register for a membership. Even as I was working out, the representative approached me about membership...The facility looks nicer from the outside and the pool is very small with multiple people per single lane. When I called to cancel the follow up appointment with the representative, the receptionist told me that no one by that name worked there?!?! Pretty place, expensive rates, pushy staff.
