This is a nice small shop with a hands-on owner who was helpful when I did some self-serv and wasn't doing it quite right the first time. I like to support the small local businesses when I can, and this one is very convenient for me. Otherwise I go to FedEx Office where parking is impossible (near the U of M). Here, there is some on-street parking, often pretty full but you can park free within a block and that's nice. Quality of prints and pricing was fine, too.
