I got a call from Kristin, the director of this place. She did a follow-up on services that I had requested over there. Thanks to Kristin, I am now forced to find a different law firm for my services.



Kristin was utterly arrogant to me. How did the law firm would choose such a rude person as her to be in a leadership position? She had a nasty tone to her voice, and she said a lot of the rudest things to me. I have never dealt with such a rude person in a law firm in my life. I tried to ask who her supervisor is, but she was uncooperative. After I asked her a third time, she hung up on me.



My experience with Kristin shows that she does not care about her clients or the place. I hope that she reads this review and reconsider how she treats her clients. I shall give her that satisfaction and search for a different place for my services.
