this company is not honest there website info is limited its a download only site and no were on there front webpage states that,, people think there buying already made products..trying getting your money back you can forget it or any good customer service..you will only be met with im sorry cant help you.. filed a complaint with BBB.. they need to update there website by adding honest info warning customers that they are buying downloaded material. it would cut down on any confussion,
