I can honestly say I have never had such a positive experience at ANY auto shop. John was very nice and extremely helpful. The pricing here cannot be beat by anyplace. I will defiantly be going back for the amazing customer service and the great straightforward work they do.Like any person who drives I also dreaded the time, which I know will come, when a light on the dash comes on and all of the sudden your stomach drops. It is something in life that you know will eventually come and something in life that you cannot run away from. This scenario happened to me this week. One morning I went to start my car and that lovely yellow check engine light came on. I did the standard check to see if the gas cap is on right, fill up the tank wait a little bit but nothing worked. Considering I had parts to replace my sway bars sitting in my car for over a year and 3,000 over an oil change I figured it was time to take it in. So I went to Eliot Park. My roommate had recommended them she recently had work done and had a positive experience. When I pulled up at 5:30 John was closing up the shop and though he had work still to do he was very helpful and gave me a quote quickly for labor on my sway bars. Satisfied with price I brought the car back later that night and used the drop box. In the morning John called and talked about the repairs I needed done and the check engine light. When I picked it up at 5:30 I was very happy to see my engine light off and my bill, which was probably $400 less than any other place.

I am very Thankful & happy with my service At Eliot Park Auto Service. Aaron is a great owner & is very helpful & accomidating to whatever I my need no matter when or the time. John & Jim the Mechanics are also are great guys. They are very helpful & honest with what they are seeing or hearing with the my cars & wouldn't take it to anyone else or trust anyone else with my car. Hats Off to a great owner & his Mechanics

I just got back from there. My 2004 outback sport had been running loudly when I accelerated. I figured with 8 years and 70k miles on it, maybe the muffler was starting to wear thin in spots. I brought it in for an inspection. They looked it up and down and couldn't find anything thing. He decided to check the air filter and determined that was a little loose and that was creating the noise. He quickly fixed it and didn't charge me anything. Anyways, honest and easy. I can't say anything about any serious work done (although my coworker says they have done good work, and always are the lowest bid to boot and that is why he recommended them to me). Again, easy and honest is my review here.

I just wanted to thank Eliot Park Auto Service for the great job they did on my brakes. It was a relief to go to an auto repair and not be upsold or talked down to because I am a women. The staff was friendly and I felt that they were really looking out for my best interests as a "female" consumer. I did not feel pressured and when it came time to have them fix my truck I felt very comfortable. They did a great job on my brakes, a little over 6 months ago CarX did my breaks but they ended up putting them on incorrectly so they were shot after 6 months. I have not had so much as a squeak from them since Eliot Park put new brakes on my truck. Thanks Eliot Park Auto you ROCK!!!
