I have been seeing Dr. Dick for several years and have been very pleased with the service from her and the staff. She is very knowledgeable as well as personable.

My daughter saw Dr. Dick for a follow up to renew her prescription. Dr. Dick said "I have some extra time, I'll do some extractions." However, she did not tell my daughter there was a charge for the extractions. (My daughter was not covered by insurance) The cost of the extractions was 1-1/2 times the cost of the office visit. When I received the bill I contacted the office to contest the unethical practice of the charges. However, the office never responded. Over 6 months I contested the charge 3 times and never received a response from the office. Please beware of what I consider unethical business practices. I will not go back.Barb - Glencoe, MN
