I went for an initial consultation and was on time. After over an hour, a nurse came to get me, but I told her had to leave for another appointment. She said to reschedule because the doctor was running so late, but she wanted to get my vitals before I left. After that, I went to the front desk, told them that the nurse said to reschedule because the doctor was running behind, and I left for my other appointment. When I called back to reschedule, they said I had to pay $50 for not giving a 24 hour cancellation notice, even though it was because the doctor was running late with his patients. I called and registered a complaint and they are going to try to resolve the situation, but I feel it shouldn't have even been an issue to begin with.
