I love coming in to this store. Everyone is very friendly, warm and inviting. I have had great experiences with Jane, who remembers me each time I visit although it has been several years.

My ring-buying experience at Continental Diamond was phenomenal. Their service is second to anything I have ever experienced, in any line of work. The salesperson that assisted me, Jane K., did a fantastic job of helping me navigate the unfamiliar waters that was engagement rings. After patiently listening to what I was looking for, she worked hard to find the perfect ring for me. I needed a quick turnaround, as I had a trip planned to propose. When an issue was later uncovered with the diamond we had selected, and with no time to spare, Jane went out of her way to find a solution. She quickly found another diamond with a higher value, and replaced it for the price of the first one, just so that I had it before we left on our trip. They were not obligated to do this, but yet Continental did because they are a world-class jeweler. And best of all, my fiancée absolutely loves her ring! I would highly recommend Jane and Continental Diamond to anyone.

Shopping at Continental Diamond is an experience like no other jewerly store. Each and every staff member working there are very friendly, experienced, knowledgable and they always make a person feel like they are the only one in the store. I look forward to Ladies Night every year where Jimmy & staff goes all out to make the night "very special". They are VERY smart!! If I email or call my sales rep, I get help immediately.. I was getting ready to purchase an engagement ring and a friend recommended Continental Diamond. I have never received better advice. I walked in not knowing anything about diamonds and Jane of Continental Diamond patiently answered all of my questions and could not have been nicer. I ended up getting the perfect diamond, at a great price. I then had to have an antique family ring altered to fit the new diamond. I was nervous about having the ring altered, but Continental Diamond was able to do all the work and the ring looked beautiful, better than brand new. The tears of joy running down my fiancé’s face when I gave the ring to her, confirmed that I had gone to the right jeweler. It was such a fantastic experience that I will always recommend Jimmy, Jane and the entire Continental Diamond staff to anyone that has jewelry needs.

We bought our engagement and wedding rings here. We designed my (bride) engagement ring and wedding ring. Kristen was a joy to work with and my rings are beautiful! We bought his ring and it is beautiful as well. Great customer service, no pressure to buy, lots of room to play with pretty, sparkly things. All around great people to work with!

Earlier this year I was searching for the perfect engagement ring for my then girlfriend and I had been to about 8 major jewelers in the metro area before I walked into Continental. I met Roz that day and she was simply the most pleasant and helpful sales person I had dealt with in any of the jewelers I visited. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and super responsive to all of my needs. Needless to say my now fiancee absolutely loved her ring and we even purchased both wedding bands there as well from Roz since we were so pleased. I have since referred my friends and family to Roz and would do the same to anyone. Though it was a stressful process Roz made it fun and the lil lady could not be happier.

I have shopped at many jewelry stores and the customer service at Continental Diamond is as good at it gets. I wanted to purchased diamond earrings for my mother-in-law and I used their "Ask Helain" feature. I told them exactly what I was looking for and Andy got back to me within 24 hours with numerous options, all in my price point. I told him which ones I was interested in and he put them on hold for me. When I went in to the store to pick them up a week later they were still on hold and they were exactly as he had described them. I am a busy working mom of two and the option to "shop" online was fantastic. I was in and out of the store in no time. Great store, great service and competitively priced. They have made me a customer for life!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience then what I got from Continental Diamond. Outstanding service and they really helped walk me through my engagement ring purchase. Jimmy and his staff are top notch and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. I was working with a short time frame and wanted a specially ordered ring and they were able to do it without a problem. And you can’t beat their prices. Well below other jewelers and for the same or better quality. Save yourself some time and money and just go see Jimmy first.

If so you have to go visit Andy at Continental Diamond. There selection of over a dozen brands, Raymond Weil, Ebel & My favorite Ball just to name a few. I was looking for a new Ball & Andy immediately contacted Ball-USA to get a few in I was interested in for me to compare to his current stock. I'm not a big jewelry shopper as my fiance would tell you, so I don't know all the ins and outs of what should be in a jewelry store as far as product goes, but the thing I noticed about Continental Diamond is it's customer service is unmatched. From the salespeople all the way up to the owner, Jimmy, Continental Diamond is not only my favorite jewelry store, but my favorite store period. They really make you feel like you matter there, and they take all your needs and wants into account and really do work for you. They made my dreams come true, and now I will be taking ALL my jewelry business to Continental Diamond!

My fiance and I got engaged in july of 2009. The first jewelry store we ever went to for engagement rings was continental diamonds. The service was spectacular! They were helpful without being pushy and made the experience unforgetable! We made the mistake of shopping around at a few other stores and we were very disappointed with the service and selection. My fiance ended up picking a ring from continental right before we were about to go out of town. He surprised me with a beautril and unique ring from continental diamonds. We have been engaged for a year now and i still get compliments on my ring everyday. With the help from a wonderful lady at continental john was able to design and create a unique and stunning ring! I will continue to recommend continental diamonds to everyone i know and meet!

I really cannot imagine buying jewelry any place than Continental!!!

Twice I have shopped at Continental dimond. First time I recomended it to my bestfriend for his ring purchase he found a great rind that his soon to be wife loved. They worked with us on custamizing a band they had on display to make it fit my friends budget and taste, and while he went through all that work I got a cold beer. Then this febuary was my turn my girlfriend was out of town so I drove the 3 hour round trip from mankato again and had the most amzing exsperiance with oliva and meeting Jimmy the owner. They help me find the right ring. I had previously been in another ring retailer in the south metro that had double the inventory of engagment ring but none where as nice as the one . bought. I had left that location because the sales guy did not make me feel comfortable. Oliva who helped me at Continental was amazing she was fun and friendly. I would recomended it to anyone.

After 9 years of enjoying my wedding ring from Ireland, one day 6 months ago, I couldn't believe that right before my eyes it had worn enough to break in half. So off to Continental. With Becky's bright advice to take the diamond pendant my husband bought at Continental, remove the stone and place it into a new Claddaugh ring...well all I can say is that it is more Sharp & Brilliant than ever before ~ High Fives to everyone at Continental Diamond! Then she made a new pendant out of my old ring. Superb!. My husband Michael was really impressed and as for me, well...thrilled with the wonderful service ~ again, thanks so much for your personal attention!

I heard about Continental Diamond on KQRS a local radio station. Since they are very close to my place of employment I decided to check it out. I didn't even buy my ring there and they were more than willing to take a look at it for me. They plated it for me about a year ago. I went in again recently and wanted to get it plated again. The jeweler looked at it and said that he thought it still looked really good and that plating again wouldn't be necessary but he would clean and polish it and check that the stones were not loose. "WOW!" I thought to myself he could have just taken it and charged me to plate it again even if it wasn't necessary just to make money. It is nice to work with people who are honest these days and now they have a new customer and we will not purchase from any other jeweler! Plus they have beautiful jewelry.

Best service I've ever had. Don't waste time going to another store. I'll never go anywhere else!!
