Construction Support Services, Inc. in Edina, MN, can help our clients to have the benefit of an accurate, expandable project CPM schedule. CSSI can either work with a client to develop this type of schedule or if it is a schedule that has been submitted to a client, CSSI can provide a complete and detailed review of this schedule. This schedule would be evaluated/progressed on a regular basis, allowing the client to react to any project problems while they are still correctable. In the case of claims/change order analysis, the client would receive an objective and detailed analysis of the actual impacts of the claim/change situations. CSSI would also assist the client in developing a valid, supportable claim based on the analysis. CSSI can also provide on-site representation or project management services for a client utilizing experienced CM personnel.
