Birkeland helped me by running my father's estate sale some years ago. Everything was perfect. The employees were courteous and caring. The estate sale brought in more money than they or I had projected and I was paid in full within 4 weeks after the sale. I used Brikeland again for a moving sale I had in November, 2010. Again, everything was great. The people were wonderful to work with and the whole experience was hassle free. I received my money from the sale, along with paperwork that listed the higher priced items, within 6 weeks of the close of the sale. Both the estate sale and the moving sale I had them conduct went really well and made my life easier in times of stress. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a sale.
