needed to stay another day no problem even discounted the room. breakfest was hot an good..the pool was nice hot tub was very nice . the front staff were super nice.price was the least expensive in the bloomington area

Staff is tentative to your needs, but not overly chatty. Rooms are clean, and the neighborhood seams to be quite. Close to other amenities in the area. Parking lot is close to the interstate, but close to the hotel, and I had no problems with my car in the parking lot.

For the price, this is excellent value. Room was clean, warm, and comfortable. Staff is friendly and facilities were pleasingly well kept. We appreciated the access to the airport and freeway without the noise. We will return on our next visit to Minneapolis.

First I have to say the staff at this hotel was wonderful and helpful. When I checked in I was greeted by a gentlemen named Naif, what a terrific man. I arrived on Thursday night with a third-party reservation, that I made on last minute due to work. I was exhausted and cold, I didn't realize that I booked the wrong date and the wrong hotel. Seeing my frustration he kept he's great customers service. I had stayed in many hotels due to work and never have an experience like I had that night. You can tell that Mr. Naif loves his job and no doubt he loves working with people. He will put him self on peoples shoes and not a few people will do that. A great customer service it’s not something that you learn in a day, it’s knowing how you want to be treated as a guest and he knows how to embrace it with a great smile all the time. I had stayed in fancy hotels but AmericInn made me feel like home and like family. He was most gracious and welcoming, I felt he was genuinely happy to see me there in the middle of the night. I was truly impressed with his sense of ownership for his guest. WIFI was fast and efficient and breakfast was amazing, good location overall. My bad night turned into a unforgettable night. I would most DEFINITELY return and share my experience with my co-workers and friends. Thank you.

We have used Americinn several times this year when we have had early or late flights to and from MSP. No matter what time we arrive or depart they provide transport to or from the airport and within minutes of arrival we are in a clean, comfortable room. An ample breakfast has been included, with items available even at 4 a.m.! The price is unbelievably low for the quality and convenience, so we don't think twice when we need a place close to the airport and Mall of America!

Based on other reviews of it being disgusting and bad service, I nearly packed latex gloves and mentally problem-solved before arriving. The hotel is fine! The room was clean, had all supplies needed, and has somewhat been updated. The front desk was quick and helpful. I saw a maintenance person about 4 different times. The pool and hot tub were great according to my kids and the area had a lot of pool towels. Breakfast was clean and plentiful. I'm giving this an "excellent" rating because for $80, everything was positive, there was a good, free breakfast, and the convenient location to the Mall of America. This is not luxury; this is a budget-midrange hotel. Great value.

Nice hotel, great location by mall, airport and shopping. Have been lucky to stay here twice now in two weeks through priceline deals. Rooms are a bit old but are nice enough for less than $100. Location is the best feature of this hotel.

This hotel is so convenient to everything you would need.friendly staff and such good value for your money for sure. I stay here at least every few months and have not ever been disappointed.The breakfast is very adequate for sure and hot items and lots of good coffee .

Across 494 from motel row in Bloomington and not easily seen this motel was by far a very pleasant surprise! A little dated but great service, comfortable and clean room and excellent value. I definitely would recommend and stay here again!

We have stayed at AmericInn's all over the country over the past 15 years. We stay most often at the Bloomington/Richfield location because we live in MN & we go to this area to connect with our family for various events. We have always been satisfied with this hotel. The staff is ALWAYS friendly & helpful. We have had many Family "Pool Parties" for birthday, & such over the years. Breakfast is always good, although we did not partake of breakfast on this trip. We have also used the "Park & Fly" service twice now when we have flown out of the Twin Cities to Mexico. We have not had any problems EVER! Excellent hotel & very well managed. One trip, at least 5 years ago, I left my jewelry in a dresser drawer & they called me to tell me it was at the front desk! The Maid had turned it in!

This was a very economical, clean and well-organized place to stay for an early departure at MSP. Yes, it's basic but nice. Bathroom fixtures showing wear but nice lobby with fruit available and very easy to find.

Loved staying here! Beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. Close to the Airport, Mall of America, Restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast was Excellent! Biscuits and Gravy. Bagels, Waffles, Fruit and cereal. Worth the stay!

This hotel was quiet and clean. Our room had a nicely renovated bathroom along with a refrigerator and microwave. The room was very quiet even though the hotel was full. The breakfast was good. It included waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes along with the typical continental breakfast fare. The pool and hot tub area was clean and quiet as well.

The small town AmericInn Hotels I've stayed in have been quite nice so I thought I'd save some money and try this one near the MSP airport. The location is convenient to MSP but it is an older property with few restaurants options (the Outback Steak House across the highway is fine). The desk clerk was efficient and it seemed like the hotel is trying
