Unfortunately, this site will not allow me to give 0 stars. Not only did I deal with several vendors for my wedding, but I have experience dealing with vendors as part of my position as a Marketing Director for a Fortune 500 company, and I have to say this is the WORST vendor I have EVER dealt with! My centerpiece arrangements were incomplete; they provided the wrong stands for the outdoor ceremony flowers, so the flowers had to be put on the ground; and they were supposed to light my reception hall pink (for $2,000 extra), but instead lit the hall white (so it looked like the light from the regular chandeliers). To top it all off, Brian refused to return my phone calls for 2 months, and when I was finally able to speak to him, he refused to refund my money for the incorrect lighting or give a partial refund for the incomplete arrangements. After speaking for 15 minutes, he finally said, 'If you don't like it, take me to court'. Even if you could chalk the incomplete floral arrangements and lighting up to a mistake (though there were several), there is no excuse for ATROCIOUS customer service. I would not recommend this vendor to my worst enemy.

Flowers have always been an incredibly important part of my life, so making the arrangements for my wedding was integral. It was an easy decision to choose Flowers By Brian and we honestly couldn't have been happier with that choice! 4 thumbs up!!!!

There's nothing but praise for our experience with Flowers by Brian. As soon as we walked into their office, we knew that they were our florists based on the customer care and wonderful staff. The entire timeline of the event was well articulated from the beginning, so there were never any surprises! The flowers were honestly the portion of my wedding that I didn't worry about at all! We love Brian and will be using him for many events to come.

The ambiance at my summer wedding was PERFECTION, made possible by Flowers by Brian! My mother and I were speechless when the crew arrived on site on the big day. Not only were they super early to set all of the larger fixtures up, but they also came to find me and walk through the venues, making sure everything was accounted for and perfect. FBB is the best!

My family has worked with Brian for years!! He provided all of the arrangements for my daughter's wedding and he just finished the arrangements for her baby shower! We are always pleased with his exceptional work, which cannot be compared to any other florist. We recommend that everyone be given the luxury of at least viewing his floral displays once and, hopefully, utilizing his services.

Absolutely ecstatic with Flowers By Brian and everything they did for me! My wedding was a sensation and the flowers were the epitome of what I had always imagined as a little girl. Our color scheme was ivory and black and I wanted all white/ivory flowers with hints of red. Brian created an artistic masterpiece, not only for my bouquet, but for every aspect of the day. If I could post photos from my wedding here, I would, because they were so magical! Loved the final product and thank Brian for his expertise, incredible staff, and wedding day bliss,.

Very happy mother of the groom! As a mother, I had always dreamed of planning my daughter's wedding, and fortunately my new daughter-in-law included me in all of it. Flowers By Brian played an integral role in the final magic of the day! The flowers - every girl's best friend (aside from diamonds!) - were absolutely breathtaking. The bride was set on calla lilies, which I love but are not my favorite, and I was still floored with the arrangements. The entire staff was very cordial and helpful, as well, which was a treat since we were visiting with them frequently. Recommended, for sure!

Honored to have my wedding done by Brian! After my cousin got married in 2010, I knew who would be designing all of my floral arrangements for my wedding. I was obviously thrilled with his work this time around as well! Aside from the beautiful displays, they provided these impressive light fixtures and displays, really aiding in setting the mood for the night. My husband even commented on how truly surreal the hall was. We thank everyone at FBB, especially our project manager, in making our day incredible.

I'm the happiest newlywed in NYC and Flowers By Brian definitely played a tremendous role in that! I just got married and had a picture perfect wedding, courtesy of Brian and crew. My project manager was a genuine lifesaver throughout the process and always made sure that my needs were accommodated. It was really important for me to have tulips of varying colors, since they were my mother's favorite flower, but they weren't really in season. However, Brian exceeded my expectations and promised me that tulips would be at my wedding no matter what! They were the most positive vendors - you can tell they love what they do!

I just saw their incredible arrangements at a corporate affair and immediately inquired about my daughter's summer wedding. These displays were so impressive, that I knew my daughter would be set on Brian for her wedding. We already booked them and have been having a wonderful time planning! :)

We were blessed to have Flowers By Brian do the flowers for our wedding. I know how difficult it is to become a client since they are always booked. Brian hooked us up big time, too! Everything from my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony light installation, boutonnieres, mantelpiece displays, and hair floral accessories were covered by Brian! Exquisite! We planned extensively for this day and he didn't miss a beat. It was wonderful doing business with them and we consider ourselves very lucky.

I've never seen such gorgeous floral arrangements until I went to my niece's wedding a few months ago. I typically don't even care about flowers or things of that nature, but I was so impressed by the floral displays at the reception and ceremony. When I found out that Flowers By Brian had produced all of these, I wasn't surprised because I had heard that they are the best florists in the Manhattan region. FLOWERS BY BRIAN IS TERRIBLE, AND THE OWNER IS WORSE! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY! YELLING AT HIS CUSTOMERS AND TALKING DOWN TO THEM! I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM IN A BAR WITH HIM ARGUING OVER A FEW BEERS!!! HE RUINED OUR WEDDING AND WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM OUR HONEYMOON WE WENT TO SPEAK TO BRIAN....HIS SHRUGGED US OFF, NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS, DOES NOT GIVE MONEY BACK, AND YELLS AT PEOPLE! HE DELIVERED ONE LESS BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUET, A MOTHERS CORSAGE WAS MISSING, MY HUSBANDS FLOWER WAS DEAD. THE CHURCH HAD NO BOWS AND FLOWERS ON THE PEWS, AND THEY DELIVERED 18 CENTERPIECES WHEN I ORDERED 20, AND I CAUGHT HIS DRIVER TAKING FLOWERS OUT OF THE OTHER CENTERPIECES TO SPREAD THEM OUT FOR THE ONES HE DID NOT DELIVER!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AND BESIDES THE DRIVER DEMANDED A LARGE TIP. WHEN I GAVE 20 DOLLARS HE SAID "KEEP IT COMING"....WOW WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR, WHY WOULD ANYONE RECOMMEND THEM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS BESIDES ALL OF THE FLORAL MISTAKES.
