Robin handled all of the details of our Norwegian Cruise perfectly. All of our transfers, air travel, pre-cruise hotel & even the issues with food allergies was taken care of. I will be letting everyone we know that they should call Concierge Travel for a fantastic customer service experience, and we also got the lowest price. Robin even sent chocolate covered strawberries to our stateroom. There is no one better!

Since our very first cruise back in the 1990's to today, you and your team have been flawless with your expertise, your advice, and your management of our bookings. While our cruise count is "only" in the 25-30 range since starting, we credit you to a large extent for making cruising the primary vacation type our family enjoys. In fact, since retiring we are on a pace for two cruises every year. Last years Viking River European and Alaskan cruises were amazing and we are very much looking forward to our upcoming Key West/Cuba cruise.
