The past two orders have been late or not correct. When you call the store to complain , the manager offers no assistance or explanation. Will defiantly stop using them

Honestly, no stars. I've ordered twice and they've screwed my order up twice. First time I was at work and the place had been open maybe a week, I ordered a personal pan pizza and mozzarella sticks which are supposed to come with marinara sauce. When I got my pizza it looked like someone flipped the box upside down and stomped on it. And of course my mozzarella sticks have no marinara. I call and the girl offers to remake my pizza and have some marinara delivered with it. Really? You're not going to remake my sticks? Then after explaining 3 times that this is my dinner and I just spent 15 bucks on it and it's not even edible, plus I can't just leave where I'm at and go grab something. She then offers to remake my whole order and give me a 10 dollars credit. So tonight I went to cash in my credit, guess what? It wasn't there! Then after telling the girl at the register the deal, she looks at me as if I lost my mind. Finally after about 4 employees come to the counter they all finally just decide to give me the pizza. Then I get it home, it was a large 4 topping pan and the dough in the center crust was way undercooked. Never again!!
