BED BUGS !!!! People were nice until I showed them the bed bugs and asked for a refund. I had one in a cup so I wouldn't have to go back in the room the guy and woman at the desk killed it and gave me another room but I just couldn't take a chance . They said they fixed the problem by giving me another room and that it wasn't a bed bug I told the lady I'm not comfortable staying here and I understand it's a business but customers are usually right. I was actually being kind and calm. They wasn't having it they took the other room key and ignored me and my husband. I do not recommend this place the Mongolian had seemed to look better inside but with the paranoia I went back to Oklahoma where I know I'm safe from any bed bugs . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
