Anyone who has ever been to Hers Bridal knows that they have always had friendly service and tried to make customer satisfaction top priority. But if they haven't been there recently, they would not know that the store has recently been totally remodeled. I was surprised at how open and comfortable the store is now. I was glad to see so many mother of the bride dresses and the staff gave me as much attention as they did the brides. They still do alterations on site if needed at a good price and you can't help but to feel like your among friends when your there. Good job Kayla!
